2. Acceptance of Terms

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

4.2 KYC Verification

vbobet is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) laws to verify the identity of all Players. You must submit the following documents upon request or before Your first withdrawal:

• Valid Indonesian KTP (national ID card) showing clear photo, full name, date of birth, and NIK number

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account username and password. You must not share Your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through Your Account is Your responsibility, whether authorized or unauthorized. 5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed Monday through Sunday, 24 hours per day. Processing times vary:

• VIP Members (Gold tier and above): Priority processing with average times under 30 minutes

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in Your own name and matching the name on Your KTP. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If vbobet detects that a withdrawal is being requested to an account not belonging to the Player, the withdrawal will be canceled and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Fees

vbobet does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are Your responsibility.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

vbobet complies with international AML regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions, including large deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests without wagering, may be flagged for investigation and delayed pending compliance review.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and deposits forfeited, and Accounts permanently closed.

6.4 Maximum Bet Rule

While completing wagering requirements, a maximum bet limit applies: Rp 50.000 per spin/hand for casino games, and Rp 200.000 per sports bet. Exceeding maximum bet limits while holding active bonus funds may void the bonus and related winnings.

7. Betting Rules & Settlement

7.1 Bet Placement

All Bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring bet details (selection, stake amount, odds) are correct before confirmation. vbobet is not responsible for errors made by the Player when placing Bets.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Sports Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies. Casino and slot game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing agencies. Togel (lottery) results are based on official draw outcomes from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Lottery, and Macau lottery authorities.

7.3 Voided Bets

vbobet reserves the right to void Bets in the following circumstances: obvious pricing errors or technical glitches, events that are canceled or postponed beyond a reasonable timeframe, matches affected by match-fixing or corruption, or Bets placed after an event has started (for sports with no live betting). In such cases, stakes are refunded to the Player's Account.

7.4 Maximum Payouts

vbobet reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or events. Maximum single-bet payout is typically Rp 500.000.000 unless otherwise specified. These limits are subject to change and will be communicated via the Website or email.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud: Providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or engaging in any form of deceptive conduct.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share betting strategies in an unfair manner, or engage in syndicate betting.
• Money Laundering: Using vbobet for the purpose of laundering illegally obtained funds.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place Bets without human intervention.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between vbobet and other platforms to guarantee profit.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to access or use Your Account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through Your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for betting. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in legal action.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

9.1 Termination by Player

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting vbobet customer support. Upon closure, You must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonus funds or pending wagering requirements may not be closed until requirements are met or forfeited.

9.2 Termination by vbobet

vbobet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of Terms violations, suspicious activity, fraud, or bonus abuse. In such cases, vbobet may withhold funds pending investigation. If wrongdoing is confirmed, all funds (deposits, bonuses, and winnings) may be forfeited. If no wrongdoing is found, remaining funds will be returned.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. vbobet may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 or close the Account and remit remaining funds to the registered bank account. Players will be notified via email before dormancy actions are taken.

10. Limitations of Liability

vbobet provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Website will be free from viruses or malicious code. To the fullest extent permitted by law, vbobet disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

vbobet is not liable for:
